M. K. Martin is a restless world traveler who fell in love with books at an early age. She is a reader, writer, and editor. Her work appears in literary journals, in several anthologies, and in her novels Survivors' Club, Ashfall, and New Avalon Rangers. She was an exchange student to Paraguay, joined the US Army, got deployed to Afghanistan and to Iraq, and currently lives in Ireland where she indulges her tea obsession.
