E. Chris Ambrose

Outdoor guide E. Chris Ambrose writes knowledge inspired adventure fiction including the Bone Guard archaeological thrillers and the Rogue Adventures. In the process of researching her books, Chris learned how to hunt with a falcon, clear a building of possible assailants, and pull traction on a broken limb.

Chris's adventures have included horseback riding in Mongolia, diving on the Great Barrier Reef, searching for tigers in India, rock climbing in Colorado, and going behind the scenes at the Papal Palace in Avignon.

Past occupations include founding a wholesale sculpture business, selecting stamps for a philatelic company, selling equestrian equipment, and portraying the Easter Bunny on weekends.

Kim May

Kim May has always been a storyteller – just ask her mother. On second thought don't. She knows too much. Kim writes fantasy, sci-fi, thrillers, historical fiction, steampunk, and a bit of poetry because she collects genres like a cat lady collects strays.

Kim's debut novel, The Moonflower, was a 2017 Whitney Award nominee. She also won first place in the Named Lands Poetry Contest with a haiku. Annie Reed

Annie Reed has been called “one of the best writers of her generation” and for good reason.

She’s a multiple Derringer finalist whose stories have appeared in five year’s best mystery and crime volumes, including an amazing three years in a row in the prestigious Best Mystery Stories of the Year from series editor Otto Penzler.
